"evict" hearthfires

Can we get a hearthmagic that lets us 'evict' inactive hearthfires

Specifically, I had friends who have played but have long quit, and if say, I wanted to move their hearthfires i'd have to get them to log in, if they're inactive IRL then its impossible to move the hearthfire, also if there is just a random alt who's never going to ever be logged in somewhere in the wilderness, in a place you'd like to set up camp, it would be nice to be able to move said hearthfire.

So here is my proposal.

2k XP hearth magic spell

When used on a hearthfire, it causes a timer on that hearthfire, after say, 7 days real time, the hearthfire is destroyed, and should the character try to log back in, the spell is canceled, if the spell does go off and destroy the hearthfire, they've either got an option to spawn at a wilderness beacon, or randomly in the world as if they were a new character.

If the spell is impossible when any scents exist for the character, and be broken when it logs in prior the timer... I don't see any obvious exploits.

Oh true, if the person has a criminal timer then yeah, it should be disabled :D

If you ask to me, hearthfires should decay after some time ... and everything else should decay ... I'd like to see everything turning back to wilderness state, tree stumps, paving, logs ...and so on. (and maybe when a stump decay a new tree should born?)

I think this is a good idea, though it should also make it so that it can't be used if the character has logged in a week or so before the spell is cast. Otherwise people could grief somebody if they knew they would be out of town.

As you can effectively, if you want, bash every hearth fire in a few moments - I don't see bigproblems with using it for griefing. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
