new panishment for outlaw

nidbanes are sucks, need all server to harvest 5 mandrake roots + 37k EXP to KO criminal (this sucks)
and he can use house ladders to reduce oppenings (nidbanes travel minimap to target because cant use ladders)

what about half claim shield where outlaw are standing?
or replace HF after criminal action (mb only KO) and no ability to rebuild it while red-handed(1-2hrs) (so u can track HF & summon bad guy to panish, bad guy can also ask friends to def his HF 1-2hr) (HF can be replaced randomly on the map like char spawn)

Meh.

They already nerfed PVP hard with no death, no palibash, ect, ect.

There isn't really much reason to be an outlaw, nidbanes are bad because they're non-interactive gameplay, we don't need more arbitrary stuff when there is already so much deincentivization, we need more incentivization for players to interact in ways that isn't killing one another, which has been happening a lot now that death isn't a guarantee when you run into that jerk ganker.

If anything, we need more incentivization for players to hunt criminals, like random 'hunt this criminal' quests added to the quest pool

u found criminal palisade & wat next? 20hrs def catapult for revenge, if someone online there - they can abuse wreckinBall his own claim or build catapult against u. + u can be sure that them have more stats in combat than u, because they not roleplays as farmer or hermits

Again, if you incentivize taking out criminals then people will hunt them.

You're arguing problems with the current palisade system, which of course, are problems.

The real problem is that criminal acts should cause a permanent problem for the criminals, but not in a severe way, but in one that forces them to interact with others, instead criminals get a debuff that they can just ride out behind neigh invunerable walls.

The crime and punishment system does need an overhaul, but bandaid fixes like you're suggesting isn't really a good solution.

also here is abuse with permissions to not to be raided. (repair pali after each shot)
for example in la2 after PK u need:
kill some mobs (your lvl) to clear your status, have increased chance to drop your gear at death, someone who kills you will not get PK status.

atm in hafen: KO, use roads for safe distance, use leeches, tpout to palisade, say "Hi" every who founds u

mb make here same mechanic with quests (like mobs in la2) to get out redhanded buff & no access for roads (like charter stone) while outlaw

Stop nerfing pvp pretty soon no one will want to kill anybody, if anything we need to buff pvp so that outlaw doesn't last as long and buff stealth so its harder to track criminals.

its 1 game i know with permadeath and fool loot w\o any panishment for PK
even in pvp orinted games u lose less 1% of your progress, & if u kill someone who not wanna fight, ull get huge penalty for that
in hafen every world ruled by PK clans

You're right, PKing really has no meaningful punishment.

But improving the already ineffective criminal flag by subverting the claim shield system.

If you want to create a system where criminals are punished without making it a total BS system that makes PKing pretty much pointless, you need to create something with permenency, that marks that character to those who would hunt them justly.

At the end of the day, people will just powergrind PKing alts and roam around killing people

The thing is its almost impossible to kill someone now unless you are powerful enough to 1 hit them so its not like player killing is happening nearly as much anymore so i don't want to see it get further nerfed cause i don't want to see a world where nobody player kills anymore. The raiding factions warring and the fear of death from another player are integral parts of this game and they are slowly disapearing so i am against any form of nerfing PKing right now until the mods can come up with a version of pvp that doesn't discourage it.

yeah exactly if you make punishment permanent people will just make alts to soak up the punishment and you will never even be able to kill their mains because they will keep them perma walled, perma punishments will just make this game so much worse.
