Distance indicator for Quests

Some sort of way to be able to know in a general way - if not specific - how far away wherever you need to go is. Numerical value of some sort would be great, but that doesn't feel like HnH style. Maybe make the tree icon with the arrow smaller the farther you are away, growing in size as you get closer. The 'maximum' size should be hinted in an opaque background circle showing what size it will be when the player is nearby.

Seriously though. Walking from west of Community Fair out to 35,102 for a first quest is insanity. If I had known it was that far I may not of done it.

You get one a couple of moments after spawning.

If you decide to settle somewhere, you abandon current quest to get a new regional one, instead of quest sending you back to near your starting area.

But agreed indicator would be handy and not broken since after visitting it once you know it anyway.

You can also do some maths by moving perpendicular to it and seeing how far it moves. (Remember to wait for the update, they rubberband a bit). Triangulation: Make That High School Education Actually Do a Damned Thing For You

We have discussed this from time to time, but have concluded that we don't want to make it too easy to triangulate exact positions for various things.
