I wouldn't give a damn if they allowed all skin colours, I'm sure the korean players here would appreciate it. Not to mention a tan colour for our latin / south american players.

As far as your comment about blacks being "unlikely". Yes, but they weren't absent entirely. The other about adding in 'indigenous populations of both americas' has no claim to it - The post isn't saying add african masks and what-has-it. As far as adding in skin colour options that would fall under those ethnicities - sure!
Not to mention that Jorb's stated in a few areas that the setting of Hafen is bordering on Victorian era, given the intent to add more machinery, there's 0 reason there shouldn't an inclusion.
As far as "where they should not be"... The comment is hilarious considering how many times my pasty arse skin shows up in egyptian movies and oriental live actions.
