It does need *some* use, but I was thinking more along lines of fishing bait.

Yeah ... could be nice, also I think stuff like that should have unpredicatable result .... even negative LP sometime, could be fun.

Fish bait maybe, but I like that it is useless. Baby murder should not be encouraged!

Bird entrails make good bait (livers and hearts, anyway), but don't think I've heard of anyone using any sort of chick. The fact that it simply exists says it needs some use.

Definitely, especially larger species, but they'd be top floating bait, and not typical of what people throw in the water as fresh bait... more likely would be to use another, smaller feeder fish/bait fish.
