Increase slaughtering speed from 10% a tick to 25%

Speed up butchering on domestic animals to the same speed trolls are butchered at

This could be something that's subscription based even!! pls...

or make it possible to cut out larger pieces like in salem.

also, while on domestic animal subject, perhaps make an option to neuter animals as well, so that u can sell high q cows and sheeps for their milk and wool, or good horses for riding but take away the ability to breed them further ;).
