Hearth magic & credo

Let's make some hearth magic usable only for credos.
For example, Kindle will be available for mystic or nomad only.
Gilding song is available for tailor only.
Fisher request for a catch for fisherman ofc.
All these magic will be much cheaper for credos.

So these should:
- only be available in case you have completed the credo?
- while you do the credo in question?
- have the price reduced when you have completed the credo?

Isn't clear to me what the suggestion actually is, please clarify.

Not at all opposed to unique abilities for specific credos, but I don't want to restrict something that's already in when I could just as well add new stuff.
