Multiple trails on milestone.

Postby Fostik » Sat Sep 02, 2017 2:21 pm

Let us make a multiple trails in one trail.
For example:
Roadsign - 1 maximum trail
Milestone - 4 maximum trail (max 2 trails in one)
Add some more variants if need.

For example a random situation:
I have milestone from my home to the mountain, it is 50 minimaps long, called "Mountain"
In the middle of this trail there are big swamp, im too lazy for making a second trail of 25 minimaps.
So i can go to this place, and click on my trail "make Fork" and name it "Swamp". After that i will be able to build next milestones were i need.
So i will have 2 options in my main milestone: "Swamp" and "Mountain", half of a way will be used one trail for both.

I think the trails should be tied into the mapping, when selecting a wooden roadsign / milestone the map should pop up and show the signs/stones of the trail and you click one to travel to that position.

Downside: Would force you to follow the road once to have it mapped, but I think that would be acceptable.

Idk. Would rather make it so that you could travel to any point along the road.
