Gunpowder?

Might not be accurate with when the game is taking place, but why not add gunpowder and flink-lock rifles?

Apart from that, it would be hard to balance as noone would bring a sword to a gunfight...

yes greek fire 100%
but is a dangerous task to make mabye there is a fail rate that causes it to explode doing dam to everything around it while makeing (not enough to kill at full hp as noob but close)

and has a time limit for use with visable indicater to show is decayed and decayed greek fire has a higher explode rate but sometimes still works as normal

to make saltpeter we can put animals corpes in a saltpeter bed (slab of stone of some sort) and wait awhile

i got side tracked from gunpowder kinda

(edit) bad idea then we get suicide bomers
