Old store hats should be keep legacy.

But at the same time I think it would be nice to see some come back but recolored/skinned.

witchs hat as orange. (would be nice to have it for October right?!)
Bowler as brown. (please..would go with my leather ;p)
...ect.

Also I feel like this would be a fairly easy change as it would be a copy of the code and just a quick color fix up.

I totally support this. I really, really want a feathered tricorne and a bowler.
