Turn 'shoo' into a ranged effect emote

Would be nice if the 'shoo' action (on animals) could be turned into an emote (ideal with a range of some tiles so you don't have to be directly at the animal for it to take effect).

iv never played shoo ball would that effect it cause shooball looks fun, and imo a haven classic (idk how old shooball is but its best in game game imo lol)

At least it would put all users onto a level playing field for shooball, regardless of their client being able to automate flower menu selection or not.
