Let us gild pearl necklaces, family heirloom, etc

We can now gild rings, so why not accessories?

Some examples:
-Pneck
-Family heirloom (currently no use)
-Bandit's mask

Maybe not for things that already give boosts like the beartooth tali, monocle etc but that's up to you

Family Heirloom should be a special case and get ability to slot more gems in or boost them or something, cause rn it's a meme and getting a cool use for an unused item would give it a purpose (also it should give lore).
