Weapon enchantment

Done via pseudo credos. You pick an enchantment "credo" giving a specific bonus to weapon you want and you do quests until all five levels of credo are complete, at which point the weapon gains the buff (no intermediate buffs while pursuing though). The enchantments can be stat boost, damage multiplier against an animal specie, access to some special move or whatever, as long as it's not OP in PvP. Enchanted weapons should be desirable, not necessary. It shouldn't be possible to pursue an enchantment and a credo at the same time. However, the number of quest per level shouldn't be related to the number of completed credos, but rather the number of existing enchantments on the target weapon. Something like four per level for first enchantment, doubling for each next enchantment. The quests could be killing specific animals, dealing x cumulative damage (across multiple targets) with the weapon, dealing x damage with the weapon in a single hit, slotting the weapon with a gem (prepare to burn through your XP), visiting questgivers and delivering stuff to them, studying curios relevant to the enchantment's flavor, and of course enchantment-relevant experiences ¦]
