PvE/PvP: Universal Defence & Attack

A lot of people do not seem to understand the combat system due to its complexity: they do not understand colours, openings, special moves, maneuvres and etc. Consequently, end up with a very poor combat experience.
IMHO, there should be:
- accessible from the start 4-color attack move;
- similarly, 4-color defence move.
Both moves should be weaker than other more complex moves but provide some sort of help to the guys who did not get the system yet.

While this sounds good in theory I suspect the downside that this would just be a convenient soften-all (or even kill-all) button for higher-stated players in both PvE and PvP.

Combat practice dummies would make more sense to solve that issue.

Just make it so that the moves will be efficient to up to 100 in stats. Afterwards, they'll have the same weight = just enough to learn basic PvE.

This wouldn't resolve the issue, imho :D I know it as a person who was teaching people the combat system from 0.

Thats a nice anecdote.
I got one too. As a person who taught fighting before from 0 it worked.

The tutorial quests right now don't cover one of the most important mechanics.
A game should have some kind of indroduction to a main mechanic that you are supposed to use.

if you dont understand combat after playing the game even for 3 days and reading about it on the fourms then youre honestly not very smart. high% of openings = more damage??????? theres not very much to understand

A quest that is
"learn to combat"
Build a {basic dummy}.
Something simple. likely made of wood.

Fur beds should be readded.
"learn advance combat"
Fall asleep in a {bed} and it will come to you in your dreams.
Brings you to a little plain where you can train fighting a fox, boar or bear.

yeah I think this would be a fun idea.
should almost be like a sandbox mode.
