Mixing flour

Mixing flour

Hello everyone,
It's possible to mix different kind of milk (cow, sheep, etc.). Why is it not possible to mix barley flour and wheat flour? I think we should have such an option. What do you think?
I am sorry if there is a topic on the matter.
