Rattle-Tattle-Talisman - Equipable necklace

I was wondering if we could make the Rattle-Tattle-Talisman an equipment piece as well as a curio. Would be a cool starting necklace for the beginning of the game along side the bear tooth talisman.

Should perhaps have some effect, but it can indeed be equipped already.
