Tall columns

Please add a column that emanates a proper mediterranean wille zur macht and lets us show passerbys how civilized we are.

It must be tall, and maybe we should be able to place things on top of them, such as mannequins or garden pots.

Bonus: super long decay time for that nice late world ruin feel.

I like it, and they should only be buildable with marble
