Yes please, bulls should be able to keep up with a horse on speed 2.

if youve ever played one of those Oregon trail games, you can choose which pack animal you want to pull your wagon. The Oxen was always the slowest, but had the best stats for stamina. Versus the Mules or horses, i'd rather keep the oxen slow and see another pack animal added to the game. Anything for diversities sake. A donkey that can haul ass, but cant pull, or carry as much as the slow lumbering oxen.

Donkeys would actually be pretty sweet. Something between horse and cattle, ie can both be ridden (slower than a horse) and can carry pack rack (and pull wagon of course). IMO they should carry just as much as cattle while eating less, because cattle has a pretty big use in milk and suckling maw production so donkey should be straight up better for hauling.

Idk if sacrificing speed for the extra inventory is worth it but in some cases it might be
