More walruses

There was this image in some random newspaper. I dont think HnH is very realistic as there is only a few walruses on one beach. There should be thousands on some of them!

Not without massive rendering improvements.

I do believe that's what Kansas looked like before the white man showed up, only it was bison.

Imma let you draw your own conclusions on the walrus population in Haven. :P

When the gods created the walruses, there was just as much of them as there are now. You're wrong. Hearthlings hunt responsibly and would never make an animal go near extinction.

Im confident that, should they model real animal populations instead of spawning then from thin air based on time of day and biome, all animals would be extinct in a very short timeframe. Because then we could and history teaches that then someone would, because he can.

Only if the animals keep giving miserable amounts of meat. If a boar could feed 5 people for a month of grinding, nothing would go extinct.

We had widespread deforestation, newbie ganking, questgiver genocides...
I'm confident that someone would try it, should there be the slightest chance of success, just to mess up the fun of others.

Move grind alone would cause extinction of all animals within the first week of a world.
