2FA

Two factor authenticating Not an impossible thing to implement , probably. Could be a thing that you could additionally enable. Would greatly increase the security of accounts.

Is it impossible to compress? Well of course not, but its a lot lot harder than just keylogging/guessing the password and such.
It could also lead to people enabling it and then losing their device, thus losing access to their account if they dont have restoration codes written on something somewhere. Also just not having the device with you but wanting to play HnH might happen.

Probably not really needed on HnH as I assume that compressed accounts on HnH are quite uncommon, and there are some disadvantages such as the ones listed above. But I think that it is a thing worth a thought. With security its too late to act when something horrible has already happent.

No, with some good hydraulics you can compress nearly anything.

Apart from that I second the idea but, for the sake of much needed video game account security, suggest to go a step further and make the system mandatory - my estimation to cover the costs is around €35 (for a secure cryptographic hardware token, worldwide shipping for it) one time plus a monthly of €1 (for infrastructure and labor for maintaining the system), certainly a small price to pay for the many benefits it brings and most likely seen as reasonable by the whole user base.

For recovery purposes a personal biometric registration (you would have to travel to a nearby Seatribe subsidiary at your own expense) could be offered for the small service fee of only 99.95€.

Of course I meant a code that you scan with some of your device. One that many platforms such as github, google and many others use (even smaller non-commercial ones). I doubt they would use it if it wouldnt add much security or would cost a lot of money to maintain.
