Destroy option for logs

Postby boreial » Sun Jan 07, 2018 11:36 pm

Would you please consider adding to the flower menu a destroy option on logs, or at least making them destroyable using current in game command? Having to first chop them into blocks or boards then either leaving the cuttings to de-spawn or making stock piles of said cuttings and then destroying said stockpiles is a bit tedious.

Thank you for your consideration.

IMHO not needed: equip an axe and go chop blocks, when done drop the ones in your inventory and head to dinner.

Would be a different thing in case chopping would stop when inventory is full or if dropped blocks would not despawn...

Idk... is this a big deal? Do you often need to get rid of logs?

Yes, I do often need to get rid of logs, I tend to grow 8 of each of the following, Walnut, Fir, Apple, Maple, Mulberry, Quince, Oak, Cherry and Olive. This can certainly lead to having an abundance of excess logs while increasing the quality of the seeds or produce wanted while not necessarily needing the wood.

As others mentioned, why not just make saws or blocks?

You end up getting splinters, which on quality wood is actually a nice curio. Not to mention woodshavings which are very nice for Ice sets.
