Snow Blindness

Mountains need to be more dangerous, in particular the snow covered portions.
Bright white snow is going to reflect a lot of light back in your eyes, and that hurts. So I propose snow blindness.

Snow goggles are a way to help prevent it.

Treatment:
- Staying indoors and sleeping should rapidly help solve compared to being outside.
- A cold compress (ironically enough)

More like an environmental danger. Like leeches, or Thorn in the Foot.

As I suggested for darkness. Light (or dark, in this case) hacks don't help if you can't evade the consequences.

I was thinking something along the lines of damage towards Perception.

I agree, but I think the primary danger should be cold and exposure.
