Swamp Tar

How about adding swamp tar?

It would be a nice way to augment its production and to find it early for torches. Obviously you would have to carry a bucket to collect it but a pool boiling up now and then in swamps should be feasible.

Not a terrible idea, though a bit weary of devaluing tar too much. Will consider.
