Pretty simple suggestion

Yes, its important, especially when u need rediscover because of patch.
And that tooltip already exist, jorb can see your discoveries. Might be not hard to implement that list to all.

Wastelands. Ruins everywhere from proud civilizations, with today's survivors scavenging whatever they can carry even if they can't even use it. Eating rats cooked alive is OK for everyone. Walking around naked is natural, since very few have time to waste in getting a rag to cover their deep wounds. And the game is only Alpha.

This would be a HUGE scroll list since everything is discoverable with no skills and there is minimal tree to it until you get into the higher tiers of skills. I guess it would best be organized into a list of discovered and a list of undiscovered. the wiki can tell you what you need to know and you can go check that and see if you have discovered it. from the standpoint of being a person, you would know that you know something and if it said you needed something you didnt know, you'd be confused, but as a player that has played a number of characters, you have a harder time keeping track of which character knows what.

Or maybe fix the issue of hearthlings forgetting what they have already seen when you add stuff?
I kind of like that there isn't a to-do list of stuff to discover.

this used to be a feature in legacy that you knew the materials and items that your ancestors knew. I imagine that it was removed in order to give the descendants a pool of LP that they could tap if they never got their bodies, as i believe burial is a new addition to the game with the switch to Hafen.

I like that it's hidden.
