Quality VS Decay

I think we should implement the quality system for buildings too. Quality of buildings should determine how much it will last once the claim is gone and start to take decay hits.
This would help to keep the world clean and more appealing while most of the craps that noobs build around will decay much faster than big and huge villages/realms where people putted a lot of effort in it.
A quality 1-10 house will take fewer dacay hits before it's gone than a quality 100 house and so on.
Of course this could be extended at any buiding in the game at will.
Make friends with the other crabs or try to escape the bucket.

i do like it, but i sense something about free form building will pop up about why this might not be considered

thou in the freeform system chould def be cool

yeah definately would be even more cool with the freeform building .... btw the main target would be to keep the world cleaner than what it is right now, I'd really like to see everything turning back to wilderness state, cause I don't like craps all aroound.

Honestly, I question that claims shield decay completely. I know why it was introduced (and scripted maintenance myself before), but I think the current solution of dropping a claim and putting some things into the study to be done with it is a bit too much on the cheap side.

Idk, not sure how meaningful that is. I agree that quality on buildings could be somewhat interesting, but not sure for what.
