To build off that, I was always under the impression assigning all four colors to different parts of the body (legs, arms, torso, head) would be a cool idea; wherein taking enough damage can temporarily and/or permanently disable that part of the body.
ie taking enough damage to your legs/arms can temporarily impede your movement speed/ability to carry out certain actions and even higher single hits could remove the limb completely, where losing both legs would make you unable to walk and losing both arms would make you basically unable to do much of anything. While head/torso damage would be required to KO/kill you and put you out of your limbless misery.
In his "Loose Roadmap" update Jorb stated he wanted to move away from the four-color combat system but I'm curious of what he thinks of something like this (having real lasting consequences beyond a debuff to one or two statistics resulting from lost limbs).
