...when fuel is 100% Steel Crucible would have a visual clue
this would make refueling much faster and safer using wheelbarrow (avoids accidental shift+click)

Not sure how you imagine the wheelbarrow factoring into it? The wheelbarrow will always fill it up full. How is it unsafe?
