Ownership of Study Desks

My village found some study desks in an abandoned place but we weren't able to use them. Maybe after a certain period of time the desks could be reclaimable by another person if unused. Think of all the animals that would have to die because we can't reuse these.

Arguably it should, quite simply, be possible to claim them if you have permissions. Will consider.
