smoke and fire fix

correct me if im wrong as im going by the wiki.

gaining 10 points to intellect and psyche at maximum is a complete joke end game. the only use for "pipeweed" (why the hell was its named changed from tobacco?) is cigars for studying.

id like to see the buff changed to be percentage based, like 5% additional int and psy, or have it scale with quality ten points at q10 20 points at q40 ect. or do both, 5% at q10 10% at q40 ect.

and/or allow smoking to restore travel weariness a bit as it did in world 7.

Because tobacco didn't exist in Europe until well after the 1500s.

seriously, anyone even smoke in game? everyone i know just makes ten million cigars with all their tobacco.

If it gets changed to quality scaled, don't be surprised if the base is dropped by half or even to a quarter. Not hard to grind up high quality on any farm goods.

Could use a buff I'm sure.

It was changed to the objectively correct Pipeweed because tobacco is an Arawak word, and because it's called pipeweed in LoTR.
