jars can serve a number of functions
by jars i mean container that can be left open or closed (as more processes can be made from that)
iv gotten the impression containers suck to make (idk y) and a number are prob a bit crazy mabye but why not
-pickling (i believe is a goal)
a longer to make high fep food
vinegar in a jar with certain plants and all meats
-fermenting (suggested a few times)
even longer then pickling to make and higher fep
water, salt in a jar with any plant and meats
-canopic jars (more ways to deal with death)
to store ashes of the dead, possiable mabye to study, can maximise the lp gain from dead thou takes alot of time and only before body decays can it be burned or something, so must be burned fairly fast, too far from home then this is not an option after a outlawed kill
-barter stall sale (cause only 2 buckets will be buy/sellable if buckets made reliable at stand)
maximun powder purchases (not super important if buckets made realiable)
-hand in jar or other body part(mad doctors pride and joy)
if got undecayed body chould go to body with jar full of other ingredient and pput part in jar randomly getting a part some rarer and better then others and some rarer animal sometimes this can work with (trolls mostly), with a special made alcohol and study for lp (perhaps added still for industral reasons and sprites)
-fire bomb (and boom goes the dynomite)
glass jar full of the not safe to drink alcohol some sort throw function and a short burst of fire where it breaks (new action drop and roll to put out flames faster)
-stink bomb (can you smell what the chemist is cooking)
sulfer and pepper seeds ground into powder, throw and watch them lose stamina?

if alchemy and some chemistry added chould be a vital tool
