Recently in the news I saw an article where they told about some guy farming pigs that did not feed them enough, so that the pigs ate their dead peers, because of the lack of food.
I think that in HnH the same thing should be implemented.
If some of your livestock dies of hunger, the remaining ones should start eating their corpses if no other food is available.

this only makes sense with the pigs. since they will eat any damn thing. even their own shit.

doesnt make sense with any other livestock so dont impliment this for cows ect.

pigs will eat litterally anything thats even remotely edible.
Pig farmers that die in the stable will sometimes not even be found anymore because the pigs ate them.

I can safely say, out of personal experience, chickens are utter cannibals.

So yeah, letting pigs and chickens eat corpses, so as to let them survive a little longer without food, would be cool. It'd make them a bit more viable.

Any bird that isn't an herbivore will scavenge if food is scarce, including cannibalism.

Big difference between omnivores, carnivores, and herbivores. Of course herbivores won't ever go cannibal. Look what happens to cattle when they're forced to.
