I heard that such an idea has already been discussed earlier(Log stockpiles). But it seems to me that my idea is much more easy to implement.

Preface:
I long time was try to find solution how to manage with trees logs, here is my evolutions:
I was try to use carts, as they a compact, but one mistake and then all is looks ugly. Also not convinient to find what is you looking for.

Now i just lay logs on the ground one by one and use excel sheet that is show the quality of every logs. But that is takes large space and alot of manual work.

Solution:
Log storage is a stationary building 4*5 that has an interface similar to the Knarr interface, but it can only filled with logs. And! Over every log inside it should show logs quality. built of 30 boards 20 blocks and 10 leather and 5 ropes.
Thank you.

It gets my vote, atm I use wagons and knarrs for wood storage, I organize them for quality, but would love to have a specific building/structure for it where quality was visible.

Needs some glue. Also, off-topic but why aren't nails in the game, were they never used in Europe?

A wood shed, I like it. We should also have a stump for chopping blocks :)

I see the need for some manner of efficient log storage, but I'm not sure I'm 100% in on this particular idea. Will give it some thought. Thanks for the suggestion.
