Kumis, alcohol from fermented mare's milk. It's old, spread unknown. While we lack some satieties buffs and there's no rework in sight (yet) we could use this as a temporary solution.

This has been suggested multiple times. Btw, you can also drink the fresh mare's milk. It's just way too sweet and you'll feel like vomiting :D
