Antler velvet

Growing antlers are covered in a layer of skin called velvet. When the antlers are fully grown, the animals rubs them against trees to scrap the skin off. This velvet could hang off trees like mistletoe or rarely found when butchering deer or moose. Eating it makes hearthlings feel big and tough, temporarily boosting their strength. Could also be a curiosity.
