Placing soil stockpile on uneven ground

Can we please make it so that I can place soil stockpiles on uneven ground?

It's soil, not like even ground should matter, c'mon ppl -won't somebody pls think of my imerssion!

Soil would slide down the hill as you dumped more. Maybe make it so that you can stockpile on uneven ground, but the max capacity is lower depending on the grade?

Or maybe the stockpile slowly (maybe half the rate of loose soil) fills in the area around it.
