Stucking farmers

I long time wanted to post this issue here. If you put 2 characters to work on 1 field.
For example one is harvesting and second collecting items from the ground, it is 100% that they will stuck to each other and stop.
Do they have magnet..?
It is happening too much for me :)
I hope others sew this issue also.

It's faster to work on 2on2 fields instead of 2on1

Not sure what you think I can do about that. Plan your work better?

I do not think there is pathfinder. Character is just moving straight to next objective.

My post was not about farming. This was just example.

Let's see better example:
If you have character 1 (C1) in point A (P1) and character 2 (C2) in point B (P2) and both start moving.
C1 from point P1 to P2 and C2 from point P2 to P1 - they will stuck at the middle!
This will not happen if only 1 character is moving, and another staying on his way somewhere. But if both are moving - they both will stop.
