If you look at it from a gameplay perspective thatd just be annoying probably op and not add much depth if you look at it from a realism perspective you cant duel weild swords despite what your favorite anieme has taught you ok?

it already gives 90% cd , 81% isnt that far and its still weak at the moment..

Because realism its obviously number 1 thing when you talk about haven.
I think it still can be considered to add in game, as many other things.
Good idea!

In general I just son't like duel weilding as a game mechanic I think it kills variation in combat and promotes an annoying combat style

Its not the number one thing thats why I talked about gameplay before realism I was just trying to appeal to more groups of people

the point of it is literally to create variation, what are you talking about?
just dont make it way better than everything else. b12 at the moment is kind of the best this might give another option to that and to shield as well

Then lets propose a new weapon that reduce a lot the cooldowns on abilities and do not seem ridiculous, daggers, a short sword?
Good idea!

Well b12 is meant to be end game I guess but you can use a sword and shield as well for variance if your an mc fighter I just feel as though spamming attacks as fast as possible would be a very good meta and personally I dont want to see everyone running in with duel swords and attacking a million times per secound I like a steady combat pace which for the most part is done well although combat metitation can speed it up quite a bit at times although I dont know now with the new combat meta but haveing a good steady combat pace not only appeals to people learning the combat system but also if you play the game with 300 ping you arnt fucked over by a bunch of germans who are sitting next to the server with 3 ping and spamming millions of attacks per secound
