-1 give players a hat juggling emote instead so they can show off how much money they blew.
Newbie and noob do not mean the same thing.

Neither do figuratively and literally.

I agree. Some people have lots of hats, hat rack would be a suitable storage solution for them.

i do approve of decor, the more the merrier. It allows people to spend countless hours decorating things, to which people obvioulsy do a lot of, look at the sims series.
