Going to have to agree with the above. There needs to be some balance between foraging, farming, and gardening. If you want to put some "realism" spin on it, there are a lot of wild plants that have never been successfully cultivated in controlled environments. Why do you think truffles go for thousands per kilo? (And they're not even the most expensive fungus anymore. Some types of morels can go for a hell of a lot more.)
