what about adding tnt and dynamite to excavate faster in the mines ? the blast causes a cave in but destroys a lot of tiles.

I don't see it fitting, would be cool but then, minecraft v2.

Also, I can imagine a horde of slimes engaging You for this. :D


For real, no. If dynamites kicks in, imagine people wanting and complaining to use it in all sorts of stuff, not even in mines.
Besides, the speed of mining is scaling very nice with STR and Q of pickaxe.

lol no slime will survive the blast of a dynamite. and yes it shouldnt be able to be used in pvp ( i can already see jihadi alts with dynamites on horses blowing themself up)
making it an object rather than equip able should fix that.

I'd like it as a way to clear rubble from a cave-in, but other than that I don't think it fits. Even if it blew a 10x10 chunk up I don't think it'd be worth using unless it was easily made, which already sounds bad.

Why you need dynamite? For faster excavating, why can find natural gas fields in 5 lvl mines? So any random spark from your pickaxe or iron hat with candle makes blow... Could be fun. Hope Jorb see my post. :D

10 tiles for 1 dynamite lol more like 50. Some more tools for mining would be fun, rn its just all done by bots :roll:
