Spring stew is kind of boring and probably not used by many players. It could be changed to be 2x any tuber + 2x peapods and then the variable ingredients might make it more useful. Or 1 carrot + 1 any tuber + 2x peapods.
You can grow turnips over the winter and harvest in spring. Very springy!

Hmmm. Not sure how to feel about that one. It's a recipe long established!
