Hearth Magic: Force Tree Seeds and remove stunting

Since i encountered some trouble with stunting trees forcing me to wait for a tree from last generation to give seeds again which is random as far as i know? I suggest some form of hearth magic to get some seeds from a tree instead of waiting for that random event.

Also i would like a way to remove the stunted condition off trees. Some trees might be worth investing the exp others might not but having the option might be fun.

Or, preferably, go for the the suggestion to turn stunting from completely halting to reducing growth speed - which (given it being setup as a not that massive reduction) could then happen more often (eg. be applied through decay) to give the trees a more natural growth pattern, compared to the current boolean one.
