New fence for corrals request

Hi Jorb, just a low priority request for a new fence type used for corrals so that the penned critter is more easily seen.

materials could include logs, rope, copper or cast iron, maybe even new item craft of hinges.

A bit of work for just graphical difference, but will consider, I guess.
