As for the topic, if the food won't give insanely good FEP, it shouldn't require too many ingredients. J&Lo should make statistics of crafts for the food to see what is in demand really.

+1 I want these... they should be high energy food, I heard that's what they were originally meant for. They were food wives made for their husbands as a complete and easy meal, to take out with them for lunch when they spent all day doing hard physical labor.
