Another dish to add to the others, because we can never have enough! Could give something like CON + filling's FEP or whatever. Recipe should be pretty simple: pelmeni dough (flour+water, duh) + filling ingredient (maybe just any meat with fixed FEP, dunno how hard those variety dishes to implement), boiled at the cauldron.
