Make hearth fires lootable, if character has no hearth fire, he should remain in the place where he logged off!
Maybe add a small buff for new characters which would make their hearthfire not lootable, to prevent bullying of noobs.

How could such a buff work that is not equally useful for alt vaulting?
loftar wrote:Setting aside the perhaps main issue of whether this is worse for noobs than for people who'd actually use hearth vaults, there are two secondary problems:
What happens when you destroy someone's hearth fire? Is he then forcibly logged back into the game again? If so, what about if he logged off in a position that is now inside a wall, on deep water, claimed, &c.? Or does that hearth fire scatter all of his inventory, equipment &c as a little piñata for people to bash when wandering around?shubla wrote:Maybe add a small buff for new characters which would make their hearthfire not lootable, to prevent bullying of noobs.

I think with criminal debuffs and all, the buff would not be even needed though.
