Hiyaaa!

Could you dear devs implement fast switching for traveller's sacks when using a belt?
Example situation: grand belt with pickaxe, 2 sacks in hands. You are trying to mine, pickaxe swaps with sacks. You want to pick all rocks from ground, you are getting inventory full, but you have to swap manually sacks with pickaxe now, to have more space in inventory for rocks. Same thing with farming for example and couple other jobs. Just when you want to pick something, and you have no space for it, sacks should just swap automaticaly if they are on the belt.

i'd like this as well. it'd save me a lot of trouble.
Newbie and noob do not mean the same thing.

must be kinda difficult to implement and probably would lead to another bunch of issues, so better not.
English is neither my native lang, nor my best side...

Put them on hotkeys and have a free slot for the pickaxe in the belt?

Or quick toggle or something to switch bags from belt back to hand.

From what I have seen, it shouldn't be difficult. You t-sackless inventory is smaller. Whenever it fills up with something, you shouldn't have any problems with switching tsacks. Any QoL thing, any stuff that reduces the number of clicks for you, is for good.

i keep my tsacks on hotkeys 4/5 and with an empty slot on belt when using scythe/pick. i'm just really happy that my stuff doesn't disappear when taking tsacks off anymore

never actually disappeared, though, just got stuck in "invisible" space. If you dumped inventory into a container via scroll wheeling, it'd show back up.

It sounds like what you're asking for is a more developed AI to pick the optimal equipment for your situation. Not saying we can't do more than we presently do, but it might also be a bit of a tall order. Will consider.
