What is the point in dancing like a shaman if you do not wield magic? Do you want the foul folk with no magic abilities to stain the name of shamans?

Indeed they would have. The idea was a dance though, which has a right to be an idea at the very least. Exp requirement is fine, but then one would expect a gain from doing the dance is all.

Hm. What about filling dreamcatchers in the nearest proximity? After you'd dance, there should be some cooldown when you could cast it again.
