I might agree for more porticos at village if it gets "enough" banners.

You can already travel from portico to village charter. That's how people travel safely from villages to community fair. Using Portico to travel to CF Charter stone.

Portico to portico would be just very cheap version of charter stone. Why would we need charter stones then? Not to say how much "difficult" it might be to build charter if You don't wanna buy rock crystals on market.

While I see the practical benefits of teleportation (and have enjoyed them) I dislike it as it removes map locality, be it large scale making distances on the map irrelevant or small scale making the layout of a village irrelevant.

I think it should be removed, in case it stays it should be expensive enough so it won't be practical for cpnstant, repeated trips.
