Kaszanka- blood sausage

Heyaaa,

here is another traditional Polish meal: The Kaszanka- Blood Sausage.
We still have no sausage that doesn't use meat. This one would fit perfectly



Made of blood, liver, lungs, etc. Very tasty! Flavored usualy with onions and spices like pepper.
